After being told upon my walking in on Tuesday the 7th of March the earliest appointment I could have would be on the ensuing Thursday the 9th at 6:00 PM. I said okay. I received a text message that set my appointment on Friday March 10, 2023 at 3:00 PM. I arrived 10 min. early. I was told that “my” preparer was not finished with her previous appointment, and it might be ‘some bit of a wait’. ?? I asked if I could leave my paper work, and was told the preparer would “get-right-on-it” as soon as she was finished. They failed to ask me for my, and spouses, driver license I.D. I returned today around 1:00 PM to have them copy our driver lic. I was told the preparer was behind and backed-up and it might be a couple of days before she could get to my/our taxes. Why were not our taxes prepared over the weekend?? This is not my first “rodeo” with this office. Since there were people “milling” about in the preparers area, why was one of them NOT being used to do my taxes??? I believe I will not return to this office next year!!!!!!!!
