Taco Bell 17822 Bulverde Rd, San Antonio, TX 78247. I wanted to add 3 crunchy tacos to my order at the window and was told by staff member and manager that I had to drive back around even though there were no other cars behind me. This happen on 31 August 2022 at around 830pm.What has happened to good customer service? There were literally 3 staff members and the manager standing around doing absolutely nothing. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this policy change and if there are no cars behind me they should put customers 1st.
