Dear Sir/ Madam:
Just writing to make a complaint because the owner/manager of this particular franchise does not care about any problems at the Wendy’s, 102 W. Second Street, Davison, MI 48423. I was a real lover of Wendy’s burgers until I moved close to this one and they have NEVER gotten a take out order right for me. Even if I go inside for a take out order so I can check it, it is still wrong and I have to go back up to the counter and get another one. I quit going there about a year and ½ ago because of this problem, but then decided to give them another try when I heard it was under new management. Alas, that did no good at all. One time I was the only customer and they didn’t get the order right. My entire family has quit using the Wendy’s because my son-in-law ordered a chicken sandwich and was given something entirely different. I am spreading the word around the area because I am sick and tired of the situation. I see that it is never very busy because I suspect we are not the only ones with this issue at this particular franchise. In my last 20 visits, there may have been 1 or 2 that were partly correct, except if you say no cheese, they ALWAYS put cheese on your burger. I am taking my complaint to facebook and will be advising everyone not to expect a correct order from here. I guess today was the straw that broke the camel’s back. Ordered a #1 with mustard and onions and got a deluxe with lettuce, tomato, onions and mayo. AND there was no one else in line!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, if you could send me the owner’s name for this franchise, I would like very much to take this up with him or her. 102 W.
