Greenfield Planet Fitness will not refund my money I am 65 lost my job and I have not been there for 9 months

I am a member of Greenfield Planet Fitness owner ToM Sullivan. I froze my membership and they charged me in OCt. I have lost my work and I haven’t been to PF in 9 months. I am at risk and cannot come. The General manager and district manager refuse to give me my money back. Holly and Candice. I want to file a complaint against the Greenfield and Gardner Planet Fitness.
