Dear Sir/Madam I have ordered a Due Diligence report for Fairfield Hotels (by Marriott) last week and paid $300. Unfortunately, i have not yet received this report. The contact center told me that it will take 48 hours to receive it. Since then, i have not heard any update nor are there any responses to my emails or live chat attempts to get the report. My order number is 106320.
