my car was serviced on 01 05 24 since this date I have been back and forth to the store 4 times. all I want is the oil change light reset I have been given the run around I was told only 1 person can do it Craig Rodgers I was given times to come, and he wasn’t there. racing from Smyrna Delaware to Newark a 38-minute drive so on Saturday I show up like I was told to I left early and was told when I got there oh sorry, he left he was in a car accident, and he only works 2 to 4 hours a gentlemen call craig to try to set a meet time for me and him he STARTED TO YELL SHE IS NOT GETTING A REFUND
THE SERVICE WAS NOT FULLY DONE I WANT MY MONEY BACK I HAVE THE RECIEPT I SPENT MORE IN GAS COMING BACK AN FORTH PLEASE HAVE THE OWNER CONTACT ME THIS IS NO WAY TO TREAT A WOMEN WHOS FAMILY HADS BEE COMING THERE FOR YEARS WHY SERVICE A CAR IF YOU CAN NOT PROVIDE THE FULL SERVICE I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND MY FAMILY AN FRIENDS WILL NEVER COME TO STORE 599 AGAIN
