Been going to the Tomball Tx location on Spring Cyoress for many years. Wife and get the same thing every time. Her order is a mocha frozen coffee, but with skim milk rather than cream. She was told yesterday “we don’t do that”. My wife said, “I’ve gotten it before”. Employe said “no you didn’t”. My wife said , “uh, yes I have. For several years”. Employee said, “ no you haven’t”. My wife, being much more patient than me laughed and drove away to Starbucks for a frappachino. She was rude and called my wife a liar basically, twice. I would like a response to this from the franchise owner ASAP.
