I dropped my brother off to get a haircut (Santana) cut his hair. When I picked my brother up he didn’t have a receipt, so I went in & asked for one. I’m the guardian so I need the receipt for my records ( our fault initially for not asking but my brother is mentally ill ). Santana was so rude to me & told me if I wanted a receipt to look the other trash & he tossed the trash can to me! He said he’s too busy & that he would not help me! The 2 girls tried to help me by looking on the computer, couldn’t find his name, so I just asked for a hand written receipt. Finally one girl signed the back of your business card that I wrote up. There was only one customer getting his hair cut at the time I asked for this so Santana could have helped me instead of bitching me out. I was appalled.. I have been taking my Brother there for Years & will no longer step foot in there. Santana was just sitting in the chair spouting off at me instead of helping, I couldn’t believe it!
