Person serving customer at window not wearing a mask and scratching her armpit while serving the customer

Monday night at approximately 9 p.m. I went through the drive-thru at the KFC on Virginia Ave.  in East Point, Georgia. The woman at the window was not wearing a mask and was singing.  As we waited for the food, she reached inside her shirt and started vigorously scratching her armpit. I was mortified. If she had come in contact with my food other than the exterior bag, I would have driven away. Fortunately, the bag was securely closed by someone I did not see. As she handed me my credit card using her knuckles, you could see debris caked up under her nails. It was sickening. To avoid a confrontation, I just drove away repulsed.  She was very friendly. I don’t think she was even aware of how disgusting her actions were for the customer, and she clearly was not following even CDC guidelines. Training is desperately needed.  I tried to call tonight to speak with the manager or owner, but the phone was either busy, or when answered, no one spoke. I did not know how to reach the appropriate person, so I reached out here.
