Manager Extremely uncooperative

Time: Approximately 11:45-12 noon, 8/5/20

I tried to redeem a T-Mobile Tuesday offer made in the T-Mobile Tuesday App and the manager showed me the receipt and pointed out it the “TMO Tuesday” on it and told me the offer was only good Tuesday. I pulled up my app and showed her IN THE APP that it stated the offer was redeemable through 8/11/20 @ 4:59 am. But she still insisted it was only valid on Tuesday.

I then told her that I also had problems signing up for the Popeyes APP and had to pull up my emails and she held my phone and read throught my emails with the APP tech support. Finally, she did allow me to get my order, but only after arguing with her for 15 minutes!

It took me 15 Minutes to drive there from my office, 15 Minutes back and order was placed about 1.5 hours before I scheduled it for pickup. Needless to say I only had about 15 min to woof down my food before my lunch time was over, rather than being able to enjoy it.

Also, I called and wanted to get the contact number for the Franchise owner so I could speak to them personally but she refused to give me the information.
