Ignorant Personel/App Issues

On May 2, 2022, 18:00:05 I used the app that is contually being promoted to order two (2) each 1/2 price chocolate/pb milk shakes. When I paid for them I reeived the discount on one drink only. I asked the person who brought the drinks (Pailey) and she was anything but polite or knowlegable. I was told there was nothing that could be done since i paid for it with a credit card on the app. I went home and called the location (Store #4290). I asked the person that answered, Charlie (female), if she was the manager. She said yes so I stated what just happened. Once again I was told the same thing. Can’t do anything about it.

If the business promotes the public to use the app and then after it is used and there is an issue only to be told, “Sorry, can’t help you. Should have ordered at one of the stalls or at the window”, how is that a worthwhile promotion? I am very disappointed with this Sonic location. I don’t usually go to this site but rest assurred, I will not be back. And I will make sure to spread the word as to how I was treated. The two persons I spoke with should certainly have better training, especially in Public Relations. Rude comes to mind.
