On Monday August 29 at 11:33 am my wife and I stopped at Arbys 8661 in Clinton SC for lunch – Drive Thru. Our ticket # check 19. 1. The service was horrible. We pulled up and after payment the attendant told us to pull thru to the waiting area. There was no one behind us. She said they were on a timer so pull up. We did not. We waited. 2. We received our food. The fries were cold. The sandwich meat had a funny taste to it. We did not finish either sandwich. About 2-3 hours later we were both on the toilet with diarrhea. 3. I spent over 30 years in the food packaging business (Cryovac Div WR Grace) and I am very familiar with food poisoning. 4. We eat an numerous Arbys locations as we travel and this particular location needs a serious over haul. 5. Get rid of the ridiculous timers.
