We ordered 2 new store signs with Fast sign store 1115 Randall Rd, Geneva, IL 60134 in May 2023. We found out after 4 weeks that they did not even submitted permit with the city. We contacted the store back, they finally submitted. From that time, they would update once in a while that the signs are in the process. As of now, December 1st, 2023, store signs are not done yet. We put half of the payment already. We stopped at store 12/1/2023 to ask for refund, we were told that the only person we could talk to is the owner’s name Jason and he was not there. I called Jason via his cell and left, messages. Jason called back after 1 hour and told us that the orders are not done and will send us proof of, they are being produced. So far there are not email of proof.
I was told that I would get an update on Monday.
This is a really unprofessional business and lie to consumer. Please do not use this business to do your sign. At this point I am not sure what to do next. Our store is set to open soon.
