Extreme rudeness from shift manager

I recently went to a Dunkin’ in the center of West Milford, NJ. When I mentioned to my server that her face mask should be over her nose and not just her mouth, she pushed it down even farther. She said she had asthma, so I let the matter drop. Just as this was happening, the shift manager came over and started ranting about my creating trouble the last time I was there. I asked him what he was talking about and he said the last time I was in I created problems by asking them to rush my order. I still don’t know what he’s talking about.

Because he was so rude (I’m a senior), I asked him what his name was. He refused to give it to me. I asked him what his manager’s name was and he asked me why I wanted it. I told him the manager needed to know how rude his staff is. He then told me to leave. I again asked for the manager’s name and he came out from behind the counter, took out his phone and told me he was going to call the police. I told him to do that, but he was bluffing.

I called in a complaint to Dunkin’s corporate headquarters and was told someone would contact me in two days. It has been over a week and no contact! Dunkin’ didn’t care about its customers so Dunkin’ has lost my business, which amounted to over $50 a month from a set senior’s income budget.
