Hello my name is Gabriel, I work at Taco Bell in Aloha Oregon and have been for a little over a month. Rgm is Gustavo and I have voiced many concerns to him about obvious favoritism, disrespect, discrimination against people who want to order in Spanish shown by 3 managers at this location. Those 3 managers are Lupita , Erwin , and Jain both of which are Lupitas sons I asked for hr contact information on multiple occasions not only Lupita , and Jain didn’t provide me with it but Gustavo also denied giving me that info. I have the team app where our schedule gets posted but I noticed after I told Lupita I was going to hr about stuff that happens there I noticed when our schedules went out that same not I was not on it anymore without a single word from anybody! Person that makes our schedules is Jain 1 of Lupitas 2 sons who are also managers at this location so I believe me wanting to talk to hr is the reason ,I’m stressed out about my job please get back to me with something.
