Dedham, MA franchise is horribly run!

I have been a member of the Dedham MA Massage Envy for 15 years. In the past year and a half this location has gone downhill. I planned a LONG needed hour and half massage in september and they called me at 1 pm THAT DAY to say the therapist wasn’t coming in. Then I called to complain as it was so last minute and asked for a manager. I was told she wasn’t there. then I called three more times that week…she was never there. Fast forward to today. I am supposed to have an hour and a half massage tomorrow at 11 am. I was called today to say that the therapist won’t be able to come in at 11, but could I come in a 3 instead. I called back, voice mail. I called again and the woman said that I was all set for 3 pm. I hadn’t even called to say that that worked with my schedule? And, I was told it was only for an hour, not the 90 min I had scheduled for! Then I asked to speak to the manager, and again, she wasn’t there.

Between the last cancellation, and tomorrow’s delay, I have cancelled my membership and I am trying to get credit for the 20 hours of unused hours. If you own this franchise, you should be extremely disappointed in it. It is managed horribly and the front desk people have no idea what they are doing. I sincerely hope that something will be done about this….my twitter and reviews are forthcoming.
