Taking steps to be sure my previous submission went though, for lack of understanding this process. I want it known that the service we received was terrible. I was told by a manager that that person was also a manager. She actually tossed the order on the counter without so much as turning around to acknowledge our presence. This took place on yesterday 2.3.2023. The McDonald’s at 30837 Schoenherr Rd Warren Mi 48093-6857. 1.586.751.0270 store #1766 HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!. The female said she was a manager as well as herself and that the one that tossed the bag always has an attitude. She’s black, skinny about 5’3″ not very tall. A STOP needs to be put to this ASAP. The next customer just may lay hands on her which would be easy to do…
Thus us the second McDonald’s I’ve had a bad experience with. The McDonald’s near what was eastland mall was just plain GHETTO… The entire crew manager & all needs to be replaced. Sad and they make or want too make 15$ an hour for not even 2$ service.
