I drove to the KFC location at 5330 Old Hwy 11 Hattiesburg, MS 39402 on August 22, 2020 to purchase original recipe chicken. I went thru the drive thru at 9pm and requested a $20 Fill-up of original recipe chicken. The girl stated they did not have any original recipe available. I assumed they would have some before closing at 11pm so I waited approx. 30 minutes and drove back thru the drive thru. The car in front of me was requesting original recipe and so with my window down I heard the same response to that customer that I had received earlier, “we do not have any original!” As I watched the car in front of me drive away, I went ahead and ordered the same since I was sitting in front of the speaker and received the same unapologetic response. I pulled over and parked to call the manager to inquire why they were 2 hours from closing and could not offer the items listed on the menu. When the manager answered, I asked her for her name and her response was, “I do not have to give you that information” and then she hung up on me! Completely unacceptable!
