I went into 7-11 this morning before work, waited almost 10 minutes in line watching two other workers walking around doing other stuff until I finally asked if someone could help. There were about 4 other people in line behind me. The lady behind me was also complaining. After asking for help one of the ladies spoke loudly saying WE ARE BUSY you need to wait. The other lady worker kept giving me dirty looks saying “excuse me”. I said we need help, why cant someone help us, immediately she got defensive, called me a “bitch” and said you don’t know who you’re fu**ing with and continued saying horrible things all the way until I walked out. This is a beautiful store in a great area and majority of the workers here are very unprofessional every time I come in there. There is also a gentleman with what seems to be a speech impairment that works there and the ladies are always talking down to him every time I’m in there. I manage a Law Firm across the street from this store that I have been at for 12 years and customer service is huge. I walked out of the store crying because I was so mad the way I was just treated. This is unfair and I refuse to let this go and even more refuse to let this woman get away with this.
