Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund, exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and never downloaded.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Most of our products are non-returnable items, including:
- Downloadable software products, contact databases and mailing lists.
To complete your request for an exchange, credit or refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Digital products
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
