Jiffy Lube #3156 in Northglenn, CO replaced my power steering pump with the wrong pump and shredded my serpentine belt. They replaced that pump and belt, power steering was still leaking. They said it was the rack & pinion that was leaking. They replaced the rack & pinion, sliced the cv boot in the process. I had to replace the cv boot and axle. The power steering was still leaking – turns out they had cross-threaded the line into the rack & pinion. I had to pay to have that replaced as well as the rear line that cracked. Power steering was still leaking, the replacement power steering pump was faulty and had to be replaced. 3 power steering pumps, 2 rack & pinions and $3100 later to get my truck back to running condition.
