Credit care reimbursement on an order that never took place due back log on online orders.

On Saturday 08/13/22 I ordered online for quicker pick-up. I arrived to the local Jersey Mike’s and staff were so under staffed that they had an hour to an hour in a half wait. Staff could not or would not reverse charge as I was unable to wait that long. I called the local manager and continue to get the run around that she Katlyn? is not available. They did set my ticket off to the side on Saturday and informed to speak to the manager and charges would be reversed. Cannot get through to manager. Need assistance in this matter asap. Please advise.
